Conducted each year since 1989, and containing pay data from more than 70 of the area’s premier employers, WTPF’s Compensation Survey is the most stable and reliable source of competitive regional pay information for human resources professionals supporting the government contracting, technology, and professional services communities.
Our survey provides participants access to the best information of its kind, available in this marketplace and covers more than 700 positions at multiple job levels across 134 job families, including:
• Engineering • Telecom/Satellite
• Information Technology • Sales
• Professional • Executive
• Scientific • Admin & Support
Starting in 2010, WTPF has joined forces with the SAIC Security Cleared Federal Contracting Personnel Survey and we will now also gather information on security clearances – at both the incumbent and policy level. By combining forces with the SAIC Survey, we expect to see an increase in the number of firms participating in our survey making it an even more valuable resource.
This collaboration with the SAIC Survey accomplishes several important objectives:
• Include data from a wider array of participants; including many of the area’s largest employers
• Provide pay data for a greater array of jobs—those with and without various levels of clearance
• Enable you to conduct data cuts by those variables most important to you
• Enhance WTPF’s reputation as a valued resource for important information about our industry
We are also pleased to announce that starting in 2010 Pearl Meyer & Partners, a national compensation and survey consulting firm, will be managing our survey.
