WTPF 2010 Membership Structure and Fees
It’s All About Choice—Giving Members What they Want
Who Can Become a Member: Membership is open to all individuals, corporations, agencies or organizations with an interest in human resources management. Our inclusive membership policy establishes no restrictions regarding role, employment status or years of experience.
Types of Membership: There are three forms of membership from which to choose:
• Student Membership: Candidates must be enrolled as full or part time students studying HR or a related field at the bachelors or masters level. (Student status will be verified at the time of application.) The Student Membership fee is $50 per year and includes attendance at all 7 monthly program meetings.
• Individual Membership: Members wishing to carry their WTPF membership in their own name, versus in the name of their company, organization or agency may do so by purchasing an Individual Membership. Individual Memberships are fully transportable regardless of where you work (or if you are in transition) and the annual fee is $249. Membership includes attendance at all 7 monthly program meetings.
• Organizational Membership: Corporations, agencies, and other kinds of organizations wishing to have two or more individuals enjoy the benefits of being a WTPF member, will find it more cost effective to purchase an Organizational Membership. When purchasing Organizational Memberships, the price per membership decreases incrementally as you purchase more memberships.

Organizations may designate their “membership slots” by name, or they may be listed generically (e.g., Company ABC Person 1, Person 2, etc.). Attending WTPF’s events at the discounted Member price is limited to the number of “membership slots” purchased, per event.
Monthly Program Fees: Organizational Members are required to choose one of the following two options:
• At the time of membership, Organizational Members will select either the “pay as you go” or “all inclusive” meeting option. With the “pay as you go” option, Members pay $30 for each monthly program meeting attended. Organizations who believe their Members will attend most of the monthly program meetings will find the “all inclusive” option a more cost-effective alternative. Members from organizations who select this option pay nothing additional to attend our monthly program meetings.
